There is one Travelers Aid information desk (tel: 405 680 3271 or 405 680 3317 for paging) in the baggage reclaim area on the first floor and one information desk in the Departures area on the second floor, just inside the main entrance to the terminal.

Money and communications: Two ATMs are located at each end of the ticket counter level; however, there is no bureau de change facility at the airport. Eating and drinking: There are restaurants, snack bars and bars in the terminal and on both concourses. Shopping: Newsagents and gift shops are located on both concourses. Several new shops have opened as part of the expansion project. Shops at the airport include speciality luggage, regional gifts and souvenirs, a newspaper vending machine and a CNBC News shop. Luggage: A Skycap porter service is available outside the terminal. Other facilities: There is a nursery and a first aid service next to the travel agents. There is a shoeshine service in Arrivals, next to the car hire desks after baggage reclaim.

Lifts, ramps and disabled toilets are all provided at the airport. There is a TDD telephone at the Travelers Aid booth on the baggage reclaim level. MedRide/Airport Express provides wheelchair and special needs transportation to various locations in the region (tel: 405 685 8267).

The VIP room on the third floor holds 50-60 people. There are also three conference rooms; a small conference room on the third floor holds 10 people, a large conference room on the ticket counter level holds 50-60 people and a small conference room on the ticket counter level holds 14 people (tel: 405 680 3200). Kiosks located throughout the terminal provide fax, e-mail, photocopying and Internet services.

Avis, Budget, Dollar, Hertz and Thrifty are all represented at the airport, with desks located on the Arrivals level 1.

Passenger pick-up and drop-off areas are located directly outside the entrances of the upper and lower levels; parking in these areas is limited to 10 minutes and the driver must remain with the vehicle at all times. A multi-storey hourly car park is located close to the terminal, with direct access; the first hour of parking is free. To the north of the hourly car park is the five-storey daily parking garage; there is a lift on each level to carry passengers to the underground travelator, which connects to the terminal from the lower level. Long-term parking is available on both the north and west sides of the five-storey garage; the west car park is covered. Shuttle buses run between the car parks and the terminal. From Oklahoma City or from the west, take I-40 to exit 145; exit to the south and follow Meridian Avenue to the airport. From the north, follow the I-35 south to I-44; take I-44 west for about 24km (15 miles) to exit 116B, Airport Road, then follow Airport Road west to Meridian Avenue; take the Meridian Avenue southbound exit and follow Meridian Avenue south to the airport. From the south, follow I-35 north to I-240 west; follow I-240 west to I-44 (the I-240 merges with I-44 west of May Avenue); take exit 116B, Airport Road and take the left-hand exit; then follow Airport Road west to Meridian Avenue, take the Meridian southbound exit and follow Meridian Avenue to the airport. From the southwest or northeast, follow I-44 to exit 116B, Airport Road exit; follow Airport Road west until Meridian Avenue, take the Meridian southbound exit and follow Meridian Avenue to the airport.

Road: Taxi: Taxis are available by the Central Island of the lower level; fare schedules are posted inside the taxis. Limousine: A limousine service is available from City Limousine (tel: 405 733 5466). Bus: Oklahoma City Metro Transit runs a daily service to/from the airport; bus no.29 runs a frequent daily service to Union Bus Station in Oklahoma City. Public minibus shuttles meet all scheduled flights arriving at the airport; to arrange to be collected from home, business or hotel, reservations must be made by telephone. The Sheraton Four Points Hotel (tel: 405 681 3500) is located within the airport grounds; a free shuttle bus operates between the terminal and the airport 24 hours a day on request.
